Aligot

Preparation : 25min Cooking : 25 to 30min


Ingredients for five people :

1 kg of potatoes
1 glass of fresh cream
ΒΌ of litre of milk leated
400g Laguiole or Cantal cheese
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes with their skin in salted water. During this time cut the cheese fresh in fine slices, peel the garlic. When the potatoes are cooked, peel then and mash then potatoes. Add the fresh cream and hot milk. Incorporate little the cheese. Raise the mixture with the spoon to stretch it.
