The Weather :
This winter, it snowed very much and it was cold until about -12°C.
This week-end, it was very windy.
Today, it has snowed and been sunny.

Butter of Snails « à la Bourguignonne »

Ingredients for 5 people:
* 1 box of 5 dozen snails
* 200gr butter .
* 12gr parsley .
* 12gr garlic .
* 6gr shallot .
* Salt, pepper,
* 60 empty snail shells

Preparation:
- Finely chop parsley, garlic and shallot.
- Soften the butter , then incorporate the parsley, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper.
- Introduce a snail into each shell, and stuff then with the prepared mixture.
- Cook 10 min thermostat 7 (180 °C) and accompany by a dry white wine.
